Data requests
Delete your data
You can ask us to delete the personal information and account associated with the Everything Kingman AZ app or any Wanner Digital Media service. There is no charge, and you do not need a reason.
How to request deletion
Email privacy@wannerdigitalmedia.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request and include:
- The app or service name, for example Everything Kingman AZ.
- The email address or phone number you used with it, so we can find your records.
- What you want deleted: your whole account, or specific information.

What happens next
- We confirm we received your request, usually within two business days.
- We may ask one follow-up question to verify the request comes from you. We do not ask for passwords.
- We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days and email you when it is done.
What gets deleted
Depending on how you used the service, this can include your account and profile, saved or favorited items, submitted listings and events that have not been published, support correspondence, push notification identifiers, and usage records linked to you.
What we may keep
We may retain limited information where the law allows or requires it: records needed for security and fraud prevention, legal compliance, tax and accounting, dispute resolution, and routine backups until they expire on their normal cycle. We also keep published journalism and paid advertising records, which are part of the public record of the newspaper and are not removed by a data deletion request. Anything we keep in aggregated or anonymized form no longer identifies you.
