These terms apply to the Wanner Digital Media websites, the Everything Kingman AZ app, and related services. By using them, you agree to these terms.
Who provides these services
These services are provided by Wanner Digital Media LLC, an Arizona limited liability company located at 221 E. Beale Street, Kingman, AZ 86401, United States. Wanner Digital Media LLC is the parent company of The Standard newspaper and the Everything Kingman AZ app, and these terms apply to all of them.
Using our services
You may use our apps and sites for personal, non-commercial purposes, and for legitimate business purposes such as managing a listing you own. You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the services, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account, scrape or bulk-copy our content without permission, or use the services to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
Content and copyright
Articles, photographs, directory data, layout, and software in our services are owned by Wanner Digital Media LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may read, share links to, and make ordinary personal use of our content. Republishing, redistributing, or building a competing product from our content requires our written permission.
Content you submit
When you submit an event, business listing, photo, tip, correction, letter, or other material, you confirm that you have the right to submit it, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish, edit for length and clarity, display, and distribute it across our print, web, and app properties. You keep ownership of what you submit. We may decline, edit, or remove submissions at our discretion.
Business listings and advertising
Directory listings and advertising placements are subject to availability, our acceptance, and any separate written agreement or insertion order. We may decline or remove any listing or advertisement. Listing information is provided in good faith but hours, prices, and details change, so we cannot guarantee it is always current.
Accuracy and third-party links
We work to keep our information accurate, but our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our services link to third-party websites and use third-party services that we do not control and are not responsible for.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wanner Digital Media LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of your use of the services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access to our services, or remove content, if these terms are violated or if we need to do so to protect our users, our company, or comply with the law. You may stop using the services at any time, and you can request deletion of your data through our data deletion page.
Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when the current version took effect, and continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Mohave County, Arizona.
